A Democratic Republic of the Congo government soldier takes a sip of home-made whisky at their headquarters in Minova. 

After which they go raping woman faaaaa. And you will ,more often than no,t see them with boomboxes  dancing Ndombolo and kwasa kwasering at  the war front!  How then can they face a disciplined and well oiled M23? M23 is equally bad on human excesses but they are more disciplined.

What ever devil visited Congo , it has never left!

By the way, as long as  you are disciplined  even without any political and ideological goal, I believe you can KICK ass !

I think we have given  Ali Baba and his gang of forty thieves far too long and too much  a freedom.

 Its time to tell them that party is OVER!
