[UAH] An Experiment in Uganda Town

Get up one morning - stand at any one high/main street

of our dirty town streets-

Count how many vehicles are branded construction ,

electrical installation, plumber,  mechanist painter

against

silk vehicles with dark glass driven by smartly dressed youth
at times drug looking young people with owl like large sunglasses

or

get 100 hundred Uganda students - give them a paper and

pen ask then to listen and note what they hear or learn from a

boring lecture by MIT professor in combinatorial mathematics.

If you can do that tell us what the results are.
