[UAH] Pure moral decadence! Leaders from all cycle need to do something.

Could it be true?? Lira District HIV Focal Point Person said there is new trend of behavior among the youth in the District, mailny at Disco places. A group of ten to 15 youth who can not afford money to pay for whole nite with a prostitute converge at a dark corner and each have his round of about a minute on the lady. This new thing, he said is called 'Akwika'.

Sex trade is illigle in Uganda, and these people do the b/ness in the eyes of people including the police, who is to blame really, the sexually active youth are being tantalize and trust me we humans are creative we can get whatever we want at all cost. Clan leaders and gov officals should move into action soon.
