{UAH} SPEAKER RULES ON KCCA PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES

Deputy Speaker of Palriament Jacob Oulanyah has stated that laying on table, by Minister in charge of Kampala, of Statutory Instrument rfor election of representative of professional bodies to the authority, does not require Parliament's approval. But he has categorically made it clear that the one for setting up of a City Land Board, must be approved by parliament. More details in Bukedde.
