[UAH] What went wrong with 4GC's new campaign?

The other day leaders of the banned 4GC publicised a campaign of new
protests where they asked their supporters to put up shows from
wherever they are. Surprisingly nothing happened on that day. Didn't
the people hear or there is something not adding up somewhere? In the
meantime, Ugandans are busy working to earn a living.
