[UAH] Yoweri Museveni's predicament!

Museveni is under intense panic after it emerged that a new anti-Museveni fighting Group,was offering UPDF veterans and deserters ,,10 million Ugandan shs in cash, on joining their cause.The base and destination of these people remains a mystery to the regime intelligence, according to an impeccable source.In the past Museveni had promised these former soldiers resettling help that never materialised or was swinddled by big men in govt..It is reported that, the regime has become paranoid and is finding it difficult to trust most of its intelligence agents.Recently more than 600 Soldiers deserted from second division based in western Uganda,and earlier 450 members of special forces command SFC,disappeared without trace.
