There was drama this afternoon as Brig. Gen. Kasirye Gwang battled anti riot police at his Makindye home who came to oust/arrest him forcefully without warrant.
His dog (Bow) almost finished them off .
The police team Led by Lt. Col Mugabi police officer (RPC south div) had attempted to enter Gwanga's gate and demand that he move out,they took off and even by passed the patrol car in fear of their life..
kasirye Gwanga had warned them that they were in an 'acute' angle fully wired and risk being blown up before the dog came into action
A lawyer accompanying RPC south div is in a possession of documents claiming that the disputed plot. On 461 lukuli belongs to former president of Kenya Mwai Kibaki yet Brig.Kasirye Ggwang's plot that he occupies reads plot 273 on block 732, and is in Kizungu zone, not Lukuli.
Brig.Ggwang's documents show he got alease from Buganda Land Board for 49 yrs.When Boda boda men surrounded police and demanded them to leave.Policemen fled as they promised to come back but non of them has surfaced.
