{UAH} Fw: NRA goat business in Uganda...

If Yoweri (alias) Yoseri (Kaguta?) Museveni had resorted to rearing goats -starting with just one - in December 1980 after losing elections to his 'double blood' brother-in-law Sam Kutesa at Nyabushoozi, instead of rearing blood at Luwero, he would -today 33 years...- be a forensic self-made millionaire. 

And guess what? Uganda would be the richer - at universities,national treasury, more goats and a larger, productive population - including Luwero! Goats.
