Yesterday i received a call from a fellow U.P.Congressman based in Kitgum Northern uganda telling me that the Vice President of UPC joseph bossa was being co-hosted with Lydia Wanyota a brilliant lady from NRM which led me to wonder why she could be down-graded to the magnitude of associating her with a very small man like the UPC vice president

On receipt of the news i requested the communications engeneer at my hotel to connect me to radiosapentia on 94.4fm which he did successfully.i got very surpried to hear Joseph Bossa talk nonsense by attempting to erase the truth and replace it with lies!

 

He claimed that the abolishment of kingdoms in Uganda was unilaterally done by Dr Obote which is false. It was collectively done by both parliament and cabinet, and Obote only endorsed their decision to do so.

Joseph Bossa isn't a firebrand UPC member as he was just handpicket by his o.b. Olara Otunnu to be vice president, so that together they could embezzle funds from MOF. He is part of a hidden agenda meant to make people hate former President Milton Obote and his family, and also to discredit Obotes legacy as they privatise Uganda house and other wings of the Milton Obote Foundation, as they embezzle rentals from UPC properties.

It should be remembered that Joseph Bossa stole two underwears from a washing line while at makerere, and up to date buys prostitutes in kamwokya. He is a very cheap lad with no knowledge of practical politics, and it goes without saying that him and Otunnu work hand in hand, and are both traitors whose words should never ever be taken seriouslly.

He took the courage to be a flag bearer in Makindye where a u standing in 2016? for my other coleague whose role is to smear the party leadership with all sorts of dirt, I will get to campain for him oncce he gets someone one to nominate him and second him for any constituency in Kabale.

...the way you are reading into this issue then it very unfortunate development! Do you want to say cabinet decisions are not binding? What of parliamentary resolutions when you are in a parliamentary democracy? Better educate yourself & our U.P.C. vice president on those seemingly simple matters! Failure to intergrate Buganda fully into Uganda was not a creation of Dr.A.M.Obote, UPC or Ug. govt. It is a challenge we inherited as a country from the colonial masters!

 

You are interested in my standing for MP-ship, if you really mean it is good of you! As soon as the party brings out a road-map for party-primaries expect me to pick the forms!

Rukundo, i'm  not seeking for your help at all so mind your own business in your constituency,

and leave mine to me and my people. You call me a lunatic. It's fine if i'm one, but the truth is that Bosa was out of order. I know very well that you suport Otunnu, and that you are one of those hired to destroy UPC, but you will never succeed in this. Secondly you seem to imply that you know me .e.w.
