{UAH} Hoima Refinary displaced paesants must have shares in the refinary

This is my opinion and advice to you.

 

Also Bunyoro as a region should have shares in the refinary. via a peoples trust.

 

This is how to reduce poverty. in that region.

 

Dear  Mps and technocrats. Stop the jealousy towards Bunyoro peasants or Kanungu or Amuru or Bewhuju paesants

 

In future this might come up in an international court. Don't say you were not advised.

 

NB and it will be costly to the refinary/Govt
