{UAH} Is Regime change possible, if so won't we be seeing another chaotic failed state?

President Obama on Saturday said that military action is warranted following a chemical attack this month that he asserts was ordered by Syrian President Bashar Assad. But, Obama said any attack on Syria would be limited in scope and come only after a vote in Congress.

"In a world of many dangers this menace must be confronted," Obama said, adding that the attack on civilians "risks making a mockery of the global prohibition on chemical weapons." The U.S. says 1,429 people, including at least 426 children, were killed in the deadly chemical attack on Aug. 21.

Obama said he has the authority to act on his own, but believes it is important to have a debate. He said he contacted congressional leadership on Saturday and that they plan to hold a vote as soon as Congress comes back in September.
