{UAH} K.K@ More of police quarters at Kasese and surroundings. BWINO!

KK,
Keep that invitation open as i may need it one day. Thank God that you have appreciated my pictures of the devts in Kampala. And please dont take it personal when i point out the ills in the police department as it if for your own benefit too.

Kampala is better compared to 5 years ago. Jenifer Musisi should sort out Namuwongo and Bwaise too, but if one drives to old taxi park thru mukwano to uchumi down there...she z changed much. There is more if one drives past centenary park towards jinja rd police towards lugogo. kla taking shape there too, then opp equatorial... then mulago towards kamwokya.

Buganda Road is coming up too... kudos Jennifer S. Musisi & KCCA for the above achievements.

But, but, but  the side of Green hill acadamy from Monitor junction to kabalagala oh it very terrible.on Lumumba Avenue; the tractors working on these 3 roads- Buganda road, Lumumba Avenue and Nakasero road have been there since 2011 and counting, digging and sealing, digging and sealing. The 3 roads hardly amount to 3 kilometres: At this rate, only Jesus will enjoy the roads.I swear Lumumba avenue can cause premature birth to an expecting mother.

Have u seen the potholes on jinja road from airtel round about all the way to nakawa ? The dust on Kampala rd opposite Barclays bank?

The KCCA budget is largely financed from the consolidated account. Taxis contribute less than 2% they can not be used as an excuse for poor service delivery. Why is service delivery so slow, a pothole grows and grows, KCCA collects taxes ontop of Government allocations, and nothing is done. Where does this money go. I would think building and maintenance of roads should be No.1 priority on KCCA's work plan.

And of course govt too should wake up to streamline the KCCA Act which, right from the start was conceived in bad faith and we spared no effort to point out the flaws but in vain, -So let the powers clean up their act on the Act.

Incidentally, Hannah why are you obsessed with depicting the Uganda Police in bad light? Do you have something against me personally. Please give me a break.
