{UAH} NANG'OMA AND NAMUYONJO

l have read the MOU between the President and the Kabaka as put in full in Bukedde and in The New Vision of today.l think Princess Nang'oma of Buluuli and Chief Namuyonjo of Bugerere can benefit from it. I am seeking Omutaka Namuyonjo's opinion (Dr. Kolo Kolo) because he is a member of this forum.
Secondly, if Regional Governments like that of Buganda, are restored, and me mbers of Lukuiiko are directly elected other than Kabaka's nominees who form a quarter of the entire Lukiiko, the people of Buluuli and Bugerere, regardless of ethnicities, will democratically elect their representatives.
What the Kabaka should do fir us, is to integrate Banyala as a clan, integrate Baluuli clans (despite the fact that they claim to have over 100 which is ridiculous), regazette Abengabi Emmooli, which was one of the Baganda clans by 1900 before it was demoted to a sub clan under Nsamba, things will go well.
Hesitation to recognize and install the likes of Nang'oma and Namuyonjo, may be used by the opportunists to get more mushrooming traditional leaders some of whom very artificial, and very partisan.
