{UAH} Rehabilitation of NABILYE spring well in kyebando paris

Rehabilitation of NABILYE spring well in kyebando parish Erisa zone begun on 24th July by the office of the area member of parliament KAWEMPE North constituency over 300 people use this facility from various zones like central zone, katale zone and part of kikaaya B zone but this facility has been greatly damaged due to the enormous amount of people that use it. 
Despite the fact that National water and sewage corporation has piped water around those areas but due to the poverty many people who aren't connected to there services can't afford to pay 100-200 she per jerrycan so nabirye spring well is there only alternative and also in situations when there are water blackouts this well remains the only alternative for over 4, 000 home steads.
The renovation of this well will approximately cost 2.5 million. I have identified 3 other areas where water is a big issue and these are Mugalu zone, Sekanyonyi zone and Kate falawo zone and we working closely to ensure that spring wells and boreholes are constructed in these areas to regulate this problem.
