Folks;
Give it to Museveni; having dived himself into the contentious Kenyan elections as a defender of Uhuru Kenyatta against the looming ICC, Museveni now realises that Uhuru needs Raila. So, he calls them up and chats them into being nice again! A real man of peace!
But unlike the Nairobi Peace Jokes that he signed with the Okellos in 1985, this Kampala Gentlemen Agreement might work, but because Uhuru now knows the futility of antagonizing Raila.
