{UAH} Sejusa escapade good for Ugandan Army!

Gen. Sejusa's escapades have proved good for Uganda in that the army has moved quickly to stop illegally holding officers as hostages within the army!  They are now trying to begin measures to at least follow their own rules on retirement of junior officers!  One hopes that this will move to senior officers as well.  We cannot have a group of Ugandan officers held hostage to the whims of a clique within the country!  Let these people contribute to their development of their countries as they freely will!

But since the army has realised the truth in Gen. Sejusa assertions, can they please forgive him  and do the right thing!
