{UAH} VP SEKANDI is the Main Speaker at the UNAA Convention???

Mr Brian Kwesiga,

I have just read several emails that you and your dad (Mr David Mureeba, Uganda's Consul General in Dallas) have invited Uganda's Vice President as the main speaker at the UNAA Convention.  Is this correct???

Mr Elly Karuhanga, the previous keynote speaker that the 2 of you (together with Ms Henrietta Nairuba) had invited, was supposed to "donate a large amount of money" as part of a package to have him as a main speaker.  How much is the V.P offering to UNAA, if any?
