A Rwandan refugee who fled President Kagame’s security services in fear of his life has disappeared in Uganda in what activists claimed was the latest attempt to snuff out opposition weeks before an election.  Innocent Kalisa, an Israeli-trained commando who served in Paul Kagame’s personal bodyguard, was last seen on Monday when he left his rented home in Kampala for a meeting at the city’s university. Friends said they were convinced that he had been abducted by Rwandan intelligence agents, who have been blamed for a spate of killings and attempted murders in Britain, Sweden, South Africa and Kenya.
