{UAH} Where is Kopolo Ott when one needs him???

Federalism has to be and can only be a national system of government, and not some private property of one region.  It works on the principle of "either all or none".  If there is going to be federalism, it shall be the North, East, West, South and all going into a federal relationship, creating an overarching superstructure that shall be the federal state of Uganda.  Short of that,   

To think that only one part of the country can go into a federal relationship is to childish, to say the least.  You tried in 1962 and by 1965 it was threatening the whole country with breakup.  By 1966...just 4 years, it was all gone in flames, as the leader of one federal unit was telling the central government to remove itself.....as you know.  You people need to learn from history.    

Federalism only for Buganda is like saying that you can roast a chicken fully, and leave only one kiwawatiro half done. The only two options you people have are:

1.  Secede

2.  Shut up   

Bottom line, federalism is like pregnancy.  You are either pregnant or you are not.  There can be no question of being 25% pregnant!
