{UAH} Is It really necessary to report someone over Facebook bullying? What's wrong with Ugandans?

Why do u guys in the so called diaspora overstay ya visas...... whats so special there? But why is it that most deportees have been turned in by fellow Ugandans? Lwaki mwelopa?
