{UAH} RULE OF LAW VERSUS RULE OF THE JUNGLE

Brothers and sisters, in order to avoid rule of the jungle, the Supreme Court should be fully constituted with a substantive Chief Justice, and the Constitutional Court should also be fully constituted with a substantive Deputy Chief Justice. Good weekend.
