You've got to give it to the Americans.
They throw in a compliment and nail you with the dreaded conjuction BUT! Try it on someone you love and see how that goes.
But Museveni is only too aware of the thieving in his army to be embarrassed by this admonition. Wasn't it just yesterday that Col. Mande gave us a chilling insight of how callous UPDF is when it comes to stealing?
Nevetherless, the president still musters the courage to order investigation to these allegations! How often does Museveni figure he can fool everybody?
