{UAH} UPDF looting sparked war in north - Col. Mande

Folks;

 

Renegade NRA officer, Col. Mande is make sensational allegations here about what caused the war in the north;

 

1. Looting by thuggish NRA soldiers

 

2. Mass killings or disappearances of surrendering UNLA soldiers.

 

Previosuly, independent observers, including UK's Oxfam, had also mentioned these two developments as the igniting factors that sparked the war. Here, Col. Mande adversely names Gen. Sejusa as a leading henchman in the massacre. I would like to hear Gen. Sejusa's rebuttal.
