{UAH} A Baboon is declared MIA

Fellow Baboons,

It gives me great pleasure and same time heartache to now officially declare Ejakait Simon Peter Okurut as a MIS enemy combatant against the well-intentioned UAH government. Until he voluntarily surrenders, permission is here granted to shoot-to-kill at first sighting. Okurut is armed and dangerous. Approach with caution

Where is this fellow Baboon, Okurut?
