This is the reason why Hon Nandala was being blocked from meeting fdc Ntungamo fdc delegates and leaders. They were worried that the public will shun the Nrm rally and come to meet Nandala. As you can see in this letter,they threatened even to make a rollcall at the rally to ensure everyone attends.
