Mu7 gives 1000kg of maize seeds to give to their constituents....
I though that MP's obligations is to make National Laws and Policies...
Whats wrong with Mu7 and his cronies???
Not long ago I highlighted how degrading it is for a president to donate maize seeds to people in Busoga.
What is the role of the Ministry of Agriculture and it's sister agency-NAADS???
Uganda needs real and practical Laws and Policies rather than vote rigging buy free national donations such as seeds....
