This testimony by prosecution witness is important.
It supports to the allegations that the PEV was organized and financed to uproot Kikuyus in the Rift Valley. Here, the witness names a name. It's safe to connect the named businessman to Ruto, based on an earlier testimony that Ruto was the indisputable King maker of the region, to whom business people defer. But, I still want a specific incident where Ruto gave directions, money or weapons to launch the attacks.
