Exactly 20 years ago, His Excellence Melchior Ndadaye, then President
of Burundi was toppled and murdered in another of Africa's shameful
tragedies. He was succeeded by H.E Cyprian Ntaryamira, who, the
following year, on June 6, himself died in a place crash alongside
Rwanda's Maj. Gen. Juvenal Habyarimana. Reposent en paix, Vos
Excellences!
