{UAH} Troops tell Museveni: Commanders sold guns, fuel

Folks:

 

In a way, I pity President Museveni.

 

His soldiers are telling him that UPDF commanders in Somalia - his own appointees - routinely sold guns and fuel, forged papersworks to hide their crimes and punished innocent soldiers who dared to question their mischiefs.

 

Whose support would the president count on: the thieving commanders who report directly to him, or disgruntled troops who now know that their CIC is clueless about the force in general?

 

Talk about two bad options.
