Council Member Peter, According to the rules that govern UNAA, we are 15members. But honestly, don't you think that as Council we should start by following the rules? How would you feel as a Council member if you were not told how many people attended an important meeting deciding important issues? Brian will tell you that before any meeting, we would be aware of which members will be attending or not and at what time if they were to finish work for example. He used to escort nominees to our Council meetings and anyone who was invited to our meetings /or confirmed by the Council; all directors, members of the BOT & EC. He will tell you that he only left the call after a roll call to ensure quorum-then called the person to come to yhe Council. Peter, that is EVERY time. In the past you had mentioned that you believed in checks and balances, what made you change your mind? Word is out there that we have refused to communicate with the seven. Did you, or Teddy, or John, or Monday respond to my phone calls...l dpoke to you once. As the Council 7, you could start by leaning more towards the truth. We have reached out yo you more than you have. What seems to be the major problem, is that you have not allowed yourselves to be independent and speak for yourselves . Your spokespersons come with tainted minds and if you do not watch out, you could slowly loose your independency. It is really up to you. Have a great week! |
