Gen Aronda orders lodge operators to file records of every person sleeping in a lodge and submit details to the Police.I hope his fellow cabinet ministers and MPs will comply with his directive.

He should also order Serena Hotel, Fairway Hotel and the other big hotels to submit those records because that is where most of those big big guys go for "mugono."
