{UAH} THE ICC HAS MADE CHANGES IN ITS TRIAL PROCEDURES

It is developing to be a very bad day for The Luos and The British Government for Associated Press is reporting that the ICC has agreed with African leaders to create changes in its trial procedures, to make it easier for suspects to participate in trial proceedings. The ICC is going to create a special exemption for top government officials. We are still waiting for the exceptions. There has been all along a fear that the actions of The ICC can easily threaten the East African Region. We are waiting to see the reaction of The Luos and The British Government who clearly need to use this court to go after the Kikuyus.
