The embattled Kampala Capital City Authority Lord Mayor has filed a petition at the Constitutional Court seeking an interim order to stop KCCA Councillors from impeaching him.The Lord Mayor accuses the Tribunal that found him guilty of misconduct, abuse of office and incompetence of being biased and doing the bidding of President Museveni.
Erias Lukwago's legal team has issued summons to the Minister for Kampala Frank Tumwebaze and other KCCA leaders to attend the case that's been set for Monday the 26th of this month.
