{UAH} Make ICC irrelevant with good governance
The ICC has achieved a lot for the ordinary person. A case in point is the indictment of Lord Resistance Army rebels in northern Uganda that silenced guns that had lasted over a decade or so.
In light of the above, What African leaders need to do is to respect the social contract they have with their citizens. Continuous violation of human rights record through manipulating constitutions seem to further sink human rights record on the continent and undermine good governance. It is now upon African leaders to improve human rights record in order to make ICC irrelevance to what seem to be termed as witch-hunting Africans over crimes. What seems to be very interesting is that it is leaders who seem to blow the whistle while their electorates have remained silent.
