The Battle For Kampala Is On
Today we were supposed to have a meeting to discuss the Bamugemeire Report at Our Office on Katonga Rd. Only to find the road closed at both ends with the CPS DPC James Ruhweza in command telling us that the meeting we were going to was unlawful.
The meeting eventually was convened at Parliament.
From what our intelligence tells us is that the CEO wants to use the propaganda that Hon. Lukwago and the opposition in general we are anti development!
Before Mrs Musisi became ED of KCCA, KCC was never given money for roads now she is given 45 Billions to fix road. 1 KM of tarmac costs about $600,000 (1.5Bn) but the roads in Upper Nakasero were constructed at 3Bn per KM. The 300M trench on Kafumbe Mukasa rd in Kisenyi was constructed for 3.2 Bn shillings. The resting place opposite KPC cost 700 Million shillings! The ED earns shs 43M without allowances, compared to Ms Ruth Kijambu who she replaced who was earning 2M. Ms Musisi's driver earns 7M more than what Judges were earning until recently.
When the Lord Mayor question for accountability, they say he is anti development!! Eeeh banange!
We have been told that Mr. M7 was told that the opposition does not want power but jobs. So he is testing our resolve and our unity.
That is why he is giving money to some Opposition Councillor money to denounce their own.It is on this note that I request all opposition supporters, those who claim to be part of us, those who sympathize with us to join this struggle. You may not like Mr. Lukwago, but is this case, ignore the name and focus on our identity. This plot to impeach Lukwago is not stopping at him, it is coming to you lets be like fighting birds when they see their enemy coming, the pause the fight and first concentrate on the enemy and return to the fight later I implore everyone of our supporters to talk to the four opposition Councillors not to vote against the Lord Mayor, also tell the NRM Councillors that the 240,000 voter who voted for Hon Lukwago are watching.
If Mr. M7 want, let him come and contest against for Lord mayor ship and he win the seat. There is no time that we shall need our troops as this time.Freedoms Are Attained And Never Given!
