{UAH} REMEMBER THIS "GREAT IRREPLACEABLE" ONE? RIP

This is Okello Venancio, one of Uganda Police's longest serving band masters, clad smartly in band garb, white gloves, black cap and matching shoes, Okello's tall, lean frame and an ever smiling face made every state ceremony memorable. Such ceremonies were incomplete without Okello as more than half the crowd turned-up to only see him, at Kololo, we never got enough of him tossing his 'magic' band mace in the air, march forward, a kick using the back heel and then grabbing it by the head without bothering to look up. Okello passed on in 2002 in Gulu and all i can say is: Okello thank you for the wonderful memories and may you RIP.
