Sejusa repeats Allegations  that Museveni's Government is  at its weakest and begs the same Army he has Sworn to Overthrow not to Torment him

Fugitive General David Sejusa aka Tinyefuuza today issued a clearly contradictory and timid missive. In the missive, Sejusa points out that the Kampala government is at its weakest and will collapse anytime from now.

Ironically, Museveni is still in full control and Sejusa hiding like a rabbit. Whereas he says M7's government is at its weakest, what he writes suggests he is begging the government in question not to torment him.

Moses Bigirwa, who is FUF's spokesperson, issued the missive in Kampala today in apparent reaction to Sejusa' elimination from Parliament.

After losing his parliamentary immunity, Sejusa claimed the army is now moving to torment him. But elsewhere, Sejusa argues it was for the better he lost the seat in the Museveni controlled parliament.

Sejusa himself invited the army's wrath when he declared war on the current regime. The general who fought Kony and  ADF rebels should know better that the army cannot fold its arms as he openly engages in subversive activities, orally or actively.

 The Parliament Rules and Privileges committee chaired by Fox Odoi yesterday considered that Sejusa`s seat should be declared vacant which was adopted by the house.

Sejusa fled Uganda in April after writing a controversial letter seeking an investigation into reports that some army and government officials opposed to Brig Muhoozi Kainerugaba's rise to presidency were being targeted for assassination.

Government denied the so-called Muhoozi project, accusing Sejusa of fanning tribal sentiments in the army. It was later discovered that Sejusa had finalized plans to overthrow Museveni.

In his reaction, the now self-exiled Sejusa said his being a parliamentarian was irrelevant in the President Museveni-controlled toothless parliament which doesn't represent the aspirations of Ugandans.

"It`s meaningless to remain a Member of Parliament while the majority of Ugandans are living miserably. The dictatorial regime is controlling the parliament against the wishes of 34 million people," charged Sejusa.

The general says he should now be left a free Ugandan who can participate in any activity like any other free citizen without any yoke of jargon from any state institution. "I want to categorically express to the public that I am now a free man like any other Ugandan and should be left to do what I want in my country as free citizen."

He also warned President Museveni not to try using the army to stifle his rights and activities. Sejusa finally cautioned police chief Kale Kayihura, Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander Felix Kaweesi, Kampala North Operations Commander Sam Omara and Gilbert Arinaitwe that Musveni's government  is about to collapse and that they must change or go down with the regime.

President Museveni recently told press that he was not worried about Sejusa's threats and that if the general wanted to change government by arms, "he knows my address.
