Tycoon Basajjabalaba in Character Assassination Target as Wife Accuses the Businessman of Raping her during her Monthly Periods

When we broke the story of Hassan Basajjabalaba’ failure to look after his children, we promised to expose the tycoon more and we are back with the news shaming the tycoon as a rapist.

Basajjabalaba side-dish Betty Basajja makes the allegation in a case she filed against the businessman demanding that he be reminded to look after his three children aged five, six and ten years.

Reads the affidavit; “That in September 2007 after I had just given birth, Basajjabalaba on several occasions forced me into sex while I was still in my monthly periods,� Betty pins her husband.

Following the forced sex, Betty claims she suffered complications that had her operated in September 2010.

She tabled the medical documents detailing the health complications she suffered before Makindye Grade One Magistrate George Wakubona Watyekere.

Infidelity

Betty also accuses Basajjabalaba of sleeping with her sister, a one Aida Nakaayi.

“One time I caught him between the thighs of my sister inside Silver Springs Cottages, shamelessly humping away,� she states.

Lamenting that the infidelity caused her depression, Betty adds her sister would cause her more heartache when she sent her abusive text messages, telling her that Basajjabalaba had the liberty to have as many wives as he wished since he is a Moslem and is loaded.

Violent

After the away match with her sister, Betty claims, Basajjabalaba turned wild, beating her from time to time. She tables before court the police report detailing the assault.

“At one time Basajjabalaba sent one of my own children to pick a stick which he used to beat me to pulp,� Betty narrates.

Disappearing act

She recounts a time in November 2007, when Basajjabalaba disappeared from her and only returned after four years yet she did not have money to provide necessities to the three children he begot with her.

To add insult to injury, Betty mourns Basajjabalaba sent a grader to her home to raze down her garden of food.

FIDA

Though she reported to FIDA in 2009, Betty adds her mum who advised her to have the matter amicably settled, but Basajjabalaba could not take any of it.

In the case, Betty pleads with court to prevail over Basajjabalaba to cater for his children and leave the children in her custody.
