Folks;

 

Desperation and a sense of helplessness, created and perpetuated by the Museveni reign, has turned Ugandans into beggars and psychophants. That's why they routinely elevate Museveni to a status of Above the Rest, or Number One in everything.

 

I worked in Nairobi during the heydays of President Moi, and I can tell you when a president accepts to be flattered this easily, he's know he's cowed his subject to submission.

 

Depending on the ocassion, Moi was Teacher Number One; Farmer Number One, Worker Number One, etc.
