It disturbed me to see the way the Uganda Police man-handled and completely humiliated  Mr. Abdullah Kiwanuka (the Lord Mayors's lawyer). It is reminiscent of the way Amin goons handled Hon. Alex Ojera. I want to put it to The IGP of Uganda Police-Kayihura to come out and explain what happened. There is no reason whatsoever to beat up an un-armed civilian. There is no way one person (Mr. Kiwanuka) could have been a match to all those policemen. To me the Police used   excessive force. Policing has to change and it is changing world-wide as people become more aware. Police brutality has been reported in the US of A (remember Rodney King?) and Canada and the authorities are trying to address it and I hope our beautiful Ug does the same.
