Nyarthwon NyarOnyango, I compelled myself into self-quarantine a while to embark
on a personal project. I must confess, "thief-reading" UHA during the stoop was / is
an amusement.
Now, this Lukwago, Lukwaago, Lord Mayor that I see all over, What is it about....,
what is it? I see spontaneous dismay, spontaneous guards on the ready
(for and against) BUT, I do not see the actual allegation being lifted.
For those of us who have not followed, if we proceed from the actual crime or allegation,
what was / is it?
