You are familiar with the case BTT vs Crane.  Mr Meyers Muchunguzi won the case, you are familiar with the judge in the case.

 The Judge instructed that his Hotel be returned to him.  The defendant run to the Chinese Ambassador as you know and requested that the President (Butare Boy) intervenes, now they are appealing against the ruling as a tactic to to buy time. Mr Muchunguzi was then approached to settle out of Court, but has refused.

 Fang claims to be a foreign investor.
