{UAH} ICC prosecutor wants Uhuru trial adjourned

Folks;

 

The prosecutor is meeting with a dead-end here, because Kenya won't release key material evidence, and witnesses are falling by the wayside.

 

This is not a clean way out for President Uhuru, or the right outcome for Kenya. Uhuru should have availed all material evidence asked by the prosecution in order to vindicate himself.

 

By stonewalling or resorting to backdoor intimidation of witnesses, the president will remain mired in suspicion about his culpability in the PEV. As usual, the dead and the surviving victims remain the losers.
