{UAH} KCCA operatives creating thieves/robberies in Kampala

If KCCA confiscates/steals vendors goods which they depend on to feed their family. What is the economic option left for many of these vendors...A sociologist argued that when people in urban areas are jobless criminality breeds in these urban towns. Crimes such as theft/robbery,prostitution and child neglect will be the order of the day. KCCA needs to think twice and protect low income earners or jobless who vend their goods to earn a living instead of confiscating their goods in an effort to create employment for them selves to avoid criminal involvement.

KCCA when you confiscate or steal the goods of fellow Ugandans you are forcing these marginalised groups to steal/rob because you have made them unemployed by stealing their goods. Let the learned/policy makers think of the unemployed youth travelling to Kampala on a daily basis from the villages in search of employment.
