Peter Elimu, the brain-child behind Solot Suites and Opuyo Swimming pool in Soroti is dead!He passed on last morning in India, Asia. His body will be flown to Uganda next week.Elimu has been working with Ministry of Trade & Industry as Senior Principle Commercial Officer. He was the first President of Bukoto Rotary Club. He steered and shaped the Club from inception in 2002, admission in 2003 and Charter on the 21st MARCH 2003.
