{UAH} Private
EM,
We may not agree on some issues but on this forum its only what you think that matters to me. I am about to make a major decision that could affect me now tomorrow and in future.
I now have a very marketable profession whether here or at home.
I have attained the highest qualifications that there is for now and the next stpe is growth in ladders(IE grade 2,3,4 and 5 which is the highest and that comes with experience of not less than 10 years. That is Waste water treatment operations. The barest minimum as a trainee is $31000 pa(six months) thereafter it goes to a minimum of $4000 per month. I have 4 licences that virtually allows me to operate in all the 50 states with minor adjustments.
Again THERE are no trained operators in Uganda and Rwanda. They only have engineers and that is why its so screwed up. These engineers have not a clue so that is why they use the natural way of treating water = Ponds. But that has a limit when expansion do occurs meaning that there is going to be a major disaster in the next 5 years.
I casually asked whether I could be employable, I was told that nothing could stop me and how much I could make in Uganda or Rwanda. I hate M7 with passion that the idea of working under him turns me OFF and I will most likely fall in trouble If I go.
What do I do? I am disgusted with abroad. But I don't want to be like that engineer(UAH member) who went back and is in alot of trouble.
My wife does not even want to hear me talk of working from home.
