{UAH} QUOTE OF QUOTES: Immaculate cop returns in style on Park Yard fire

Musiimenta Immaculate, the IGP's stand-in on this forum a short while
ago gave some swift, witty, humorous rejoinders on the subject of how
the fire fighting department comes to be under Uganda police, as seen
at Park Yard embers centre in Kampala:

"….a funny question deserves a funny answer, for that matter, the one
asking why Fire brigade is under Uganda Police; In which nation is
fire brigade under a University or under a hosipital or under MTN, or
even the army? Well, if not police where do you wish fire brigade to
be? Let me give you a chance to tell us. Should it be part of Uganda
cranes?...." Hahahahahahahahaaa!!

Then:

"…..If landslides were not so difficult to be caused by man, to some
Ugandans it would have been His Excellence Y.K Museveni causing them
in Bududa!!. If at all the president of a nation can set fire on
Owino Market, so that tomorrow he gives traders money to construct the
same, then we are very poor voters and are to blame…."

I recommend this lady as my teammate. Otherwise, Museveni has suffered
with this country!!
