Scoffing at the renowned scholar's prescription for a post-Museveni
(NRM) era, Paul Mugerwa counselled:
"Let us get real - The opposite of win is lose. Therefore, there has
never been a win - win situation at all. Otherwise, why compete in
the first place? Why not just sit down and allocate scores between or
among the competitors and call it a day? Mediocrity is the cause of
most problems;"
It's a long walk to fruition!
