{UAH} DOES FDC NEED OGENGA LATIGO?

A few days ago, Prof Ogenga Latigo was quoted in the Monitor claiming that Museveni's near owning to the atrocities in the north and Mukura roasting of Itesos might win him votes. Suggesting that with Museven apologising, many more people from Mukura and wider north would vote for NRM. Prof Ogenga Latigo unknowingly, is giving Museveni amunition at worst and at best, campaigning on behalf of NRM. However the question is, are the victims of NRA atrocities ever going to forgive them or forget? I don't think so. Its utter desperation and raw fear that these voters have turned to NRM and Ogenga Latigo is doing FDC no favours by suggesting that if Museveni apologises to the people of Mukura and Acholi for his murderous regime he will win votes. Does FDC still need him? 

Every Ugandan who has committed crime should be thrown the book at and Museveni is no exception. Prof Ogenga's satisfaction with mere apology is an insult to the victims of NRA who want to see justice done. I join the clarion call by H. Mulindwa that every loop hole should be closed and no Ugandan should be killed like he/she was not born of the country. But for justice to prevail, people have to be brought to books. Prof Ogenga Latigo should know better. An apology is no justice, it entrenches revenge followed by apology and so the circle continues. Under UFA, every crook will see his day in court!
