2014: A Year of Fulfilled Dreams and Hopes

We thank God for the blessing of a new year. For the gift of life, able to breathe, run, walk, sit, jump, eat, ingest, digest, and egest. The gift of having family, relatives, friends, loved ones and acquintances, having a roof over your head, food to eat, fare for a bus or taxi, driving a car, flying in a plane, a job, work to do, studies to do, sunshine, rain, the moon, the stars, church to attend, church fellowship, and so much more. Add on ........
 
Leave behind what you failed, sadness, misfortunes, unhappiness, trials, etc. Embrace new opportunities ahead of you; challenges ready to be overcome; victories for battles won; mountains being leveled; crooked paths made straight; etc .
For our God is Faithful and when He promises, He fulfils all of them.
So what has God promised you for your life? "For I am confident / And I am certain that / I am sure of this/ Because I trust concerning this / of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.
"Philippians 1:6 
 
Be expectant for the good things coming your way.
"11 For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you,' declares the Lord, 'and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,' declares the Lord, 'and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.'"

6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7
